The Health Division recommends people follow prevention strategies such as wearing a mask in public indoor settings in areas of substantial or high community transmission, washing your hands frequently, and physically distancing from others. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommends that everyone 5 years and older protect themselves from COVID-19 by getting fully vaccinated. The CDC also encourages a COVID-19 vaccine booster dose for those who are eligible.

***SAVE THE DATE*** Annual BMEA Children’s Party

Sunday, December 12, 2021

As the past year fades away, we hope and trust all our members and their families are healthy and are returning to some sense of “normalcy”.

With that thought, we are looking ahead to our Annual Children’s Christmas Party and gathering with our BMEA families.  We’ll start the day with our breakfast buffet at 10am, followed by a visit from Santa Tom at 11am and the afternoon at the Indoor Water Park and Wave Pool.

As in past years, we will have the wristbands for entrance to the pool area available starting at 10am for those families that may wish to partake of breakfast and head right to the pool.

New this year, is the opportunity to stay the night at the Cape Codder Resort on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at a discounted rate of $99/night.  Please reach out to Marylou Fair or Tricia Casey if you are considering this option so that we can advise the Resort of the number of possible rooms to block for our BMEA members.  Members will be able to book their room directly with the Resort and we will advise final details in a later email.

As always, we will send the “official” invite right after Thanksgiving for your response.
